is a family oriented neighborhood located in Cave Springs, Arkansas. Uniquely situated in the scenic Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas, with great access to interstate highways and airports, we are just off Hwy 112 and Hwy 264 with easy access to I-540.

Wellington is a great place to raise a family with large lots, sidewalks, a community pool, clubhouse, playground, and lighted streets. With an active property owners association, Wellington Heights and The Springs at Wellington residents enjoy social activities and a POA board which strives to maintain our covenants.

Yearly dues pay for the maintenance and upkeep of our neighborhood, pool, clubhouse, and common areas.
